US phone-number structure
US and Canadian numbering commonly uses three digits for the area code, three for the central-office code, and four for the subscriber number. This page keeps +1 visible and fixes the central-office code to 555 with subscriber values from 0100 through 0199.
Formatting options change punctuation only. A result such as +1 212-555-0100 can be shown with spaces, dashes, parentheses, or no punctuation while retaining the same component lengths.
Synthetic US formatting data
Use these values only for development and documentation. A correctly shaped number is not evidence of assignment, reachability, ownership, or consent to contact.
