Terms of Service — DataGeneratorHub

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use at your own risk

The Service and all generated content (including sample phone numbers and other data) are provided for informational and testing purposes only. You use the Service at your own risk. The generated content is random and intended solely for mockups, development, testing, and demonstration.

3. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, availability, or suitability of generated content for any purpose. Do not rely on the Service for critical or production uses.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will DataGeneratorHub or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Our total cumulative liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior twelve (12) months, or USD $100 if no payment was made, whichever is greater.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, or infringing activities.
• Transmit unlawful content, defame, or invade privacy of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass technical restrictions on the Service.
• Use generated data to contact or impersonate real people, commit fraud, harassment, or other illegal activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including software, design, text, graphics, and selection and arrangement of content) are owned by or licensed to DataGeneratorHub unless otherwise noted. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant DataGeneratorHub a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and distribute that feedback.

7. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of UK without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
